This will bloom mid-season in trusses of lavender-pink flowers with reddish brown spots. The flowers age to pink. Grows into a large, spreading shrub. Very hardy and quite heat tolerant. H-1. It prefers partial shade to full sun, and moist, cool, acidic well-drained organic soil. Removal of spent blossoms encourages new growth and future flowers.
