A bright red skinned, white fleshed apple that performs well in cooler climates. The flesh is crisp, aromatic and sweet. This is a good choice for cooking or fresh eating. It is an early season ripener, and is partially self-fertile. Budded on semi-dwarf rootstock. It needs full sun and a well-drained soil.
