An upright, narrowly columnar shrub. The soft green foliage is tipped in bright yellow, giving a mossy appearance. The gold tones will fade to bluish-green in winter. It prefers full sun in an average, well-drained soil. Useful as an accent in the landscape, in foundation planting, or a rock garden.
