Slow growing, mounding shrub with drooping, thread-like branches. The new growth is yellow. The color holds well into summer, unlike similar cultivars. It grows in full sun to part shade in an average, well-drained soil. It rarely needs to be pruned. It can be used in a group or on its own for a bright spot of color in the landscape.
