This selection of Shantung maple, also known as purpleblow, has a pleasing branching habit and excellent orange red fall color.The summer foliage is a dark green. Acer truncatum adapts to a wide range of soils. It has good heat and drought tolerance once established. Great as a small landscape or street tree.
