Columnar European Beech
A slow growing tree with a narrow, columnar habit and deep green foliage. The fall color is bronzy copper. It prefers full sun to light shade, and a well-drained soil. Use as an accent or hedge in the landscape. It originated in Dawyck, Scotland about 1850.
