Summer Gold Chinese Dogwood
This grows into an upright tree with yellow-gold edged green leaves, with some blushes in pink tones. The fall color is pink to red to brilliant red as temperatures cool. Four pointed bracts in creamy white appear in mid-spring. Fruit develops in late summer. It prefers full sun in rich, well-drained soil. Introduced by Crispin Silva. PP 22,765.
