In early spring, the foliage is deep apricot-orange, maturing to yellow, then lime-green in summer. Just as the leaves are emerging, orchid-rose flowers appear along the stems. The fall color is a rich golden, orange to bronze. Performs best with some protection from afternoon sun and heat, and consistent summer moisture. PP 21,451.
