A small tree with large, white bracts in spring. Medium green foliage turns red in the fall. It is resistant to powdery mildew. Prefers partial sun, and a site with good soil drainage and reliable summer moisture. Introduced by the Tennessee Agricultural Experiment Station in 1998. PP 13,099.
