An ornamental grass that grows as an upright clump of green blades. The early summer blooms are wheat colored and will last late into the winter. Prefers moist to wet soils but will tolerate drought. Grows best in full sun. Prune back in in early spring, before the new growth starts. This is a sterile selection. Useful in clumps or drifts, as a hedge, or as a specimen.
