Snake Bark Maple

A small tree with upright arching branches, forming an irregular rounded crown. The young branches are green with vertical white striping. Native to eastern parts of North America and is an understory tree. Prefers partial shade and moist soil. It is also commonly called Striped Maple or Moosewood.
